As our Partner Marketing Specialist, you'll build and execute the co-marketing strategies that amplify our reach through strategic alliances. You'll work closely with our VP of Partnerships to create programs that accelerate joint success with technology partners, cloud providers, system integrators, and channel partners who are essential to our ecosystem strategy.

Professional Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing
- Proven track record developing and executing co-marketing initiatives with technology partners
- Experience creating partner enablement materials and joint value propositions
- History of managing partner communications and marketing programs
- Background in B2B technology marketing with a focus on partnerships
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of technology partnership models and ecosystem strategies
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software landscapes
- Awareness of how technical integrations create joint customer value
- Ability to translate technical concepts into partner-facing messaging
Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent relationship management and cross-company collaboration skills
- Strong project management abilities to coordinate complex joint initiatives
- Creative approach to developing mutually beneficial marketing programs

Your Scope
Partner Program Development
- Collaborate with VP of Partnerships on partner program structure and benefits
- Create compelling partner value propositions for different partner types
- Develop partner recruitment materials and onboarding resources
- Design partner tier structures and associated marketing benefits
- Create and maintain partner portal content and resources
Co-Marketing Execution
- Develop joint marketing plans with strategic partners
- Create co-branded content including solution briefs and reference architectures
- Coordinate joint webinars, events, and speaking opportunities
- Execute partner-focused campaigns and lead-sharing programs
- Manage partner communications and newsletter programs
Partner Enablement
- Create sales enablement materials for partner teams
- Develop training resources to help partners position our joint solutions
- Build success story templates and case study programs
- Support partners with marketing tools and resources
- Create playbooks for different partner engagement models
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with VP of Partnerships on strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with Product Marketing on messaging alignment
- Collaborate with Demand Generation on joint campaign execution
- Partner with the Technical Evangelist on technical enablement content
