Orchestrating intelligence across distributed nodes

The DDE operates through three core components working together:

Distributed nodes

— Lightweight components deployed wherever your critical data lives (cloud VPCs, on premise servers, edge gateways).

Command and control (C&C) server

— The central orchestrator. It knows which nodes exist, what data they can access, and how they connect. It manages communication securely.

Data processors

— Specialized AI agents living on each node. They understand the local data and can process it securely in response to requests.

The workflow 

When an AI agent needs data from a remote location:

  1. The request goes to the C&C server.
  2. The C&C server intelligently routes the request to the correct node(s).
  3. The data processor on the target node executes the request locally, processing the data within its secure boundary.
  4. Only the results are securely sent back. The raw data never moves.
